A very positive experience at Dr. Krivoy's office! I was greeted warmly by the receptionist; had only a short waiting period; pre-exam tests were performed by friendly and efficient technician Giovanni; had only a 15 minute wait for the doctor; Dr. Krivoy was warm, informative, and supportive during my exam; my follow-up appointment was scheduled right away. I feel fortunate to be under the care of this highly-recommended glaucoma specialist.

Dr. Krivoy is exceptional eye doctor who truly cares about their patients. He was recommended by my previous eye doctor who she now practices in London. She mentioned that he was the best and the most experienced Glucoma specialist in LA. He takes the time to explain my condition in simple terms with smile. The staff is welcoming and very efficient.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
The office was very clean and appeared to be efficiently run.
Dr Krivoy is always very friendly and patient. I never feel rushed.
The only issue is a temporary one. Finding the office was a challenge. But this was my first time at the new location.

Very transparent to me (the patient) about the procedure being performed and the care he administers. Was honest about his observations and considerate of my concerns. Luckily, I won't have to see him too much due to a good prognosis for me, but look forward to future care.
